a Strategist.

I'm a Strategy & Transformation professional with over a decade experience that covers leadership roles as the Head of Strategy Groups in the financial markets, insurance, and oil & gas industries. As a Strategy Consultant, I have provided strategy advise to over 120 companies, governments and multilateral institutions, with transactions value of over $120million. I am also a tech founder, #SDG promoter and an advocate for good governance.

I work with clients to examine what organisations do to stay relevant in this volatile, competitive and fast paced operating environment. I combine my expertise in global strategy tools with my in-depth understanding of the local environment to create winning strategies and execution frameworks that assists my clients to achieve the necessary growth they desire.

Process Engineering

I support businesses to adopt well proven process engineering methodologies and technology to optimize their processes. I take pleasure in driving process efficiency as it ultimately helps drive cost reduction, improve business performance, identify and mitigate operational risk areas and increase value delivery to customers.

Organization Transformation

I work with Founders, Boards of Directors, and CEOs to help implement end-to-end enterprise transformation that aligns with their growth stage, enables them compete effectively and adequately deal with future changes in the industry and the global economy. This includes Organisational designs and Structures, operating model review, strategy, governance and culture change.

Startup/SME Advisory

I am the host of the annual Caladium Lagos SME Bootcamp, Nigeria’s foremost capacity development initiative for SMEs founded in 2018. We have supported over 5,000 SMEs across various industries and hope to support more SMEs as we expand across other territories.

Merger and Acquistion Advisory

I advise clients on their M&A transactions and oversee the effective structuring, negotiations, and close of M&A deals to enable my clients derive maximum value for money from their deals. These include financial and commercial due diligence, financial modelling, business valuation, post M&A integration and opportunity analysis for mergers and acquisitions.

SME Financing and Community Building

I offer a full range of community-based technology solutions to SMEs through my Tech-startup, Fedhagap. Fedhagap is committed to helping African SMEs increase turnover and scale, despite working capital limitations. We do this by solving supply chain inefficiencies through invoice discounting. We provide reliable and scalable financial solutions that put our SME community at greater advantage in their transactions.

I am responsible for setting up the group planning function and managing the development and execution of strategy and business plans that covers internal growth plans, expansion plans, mergers and acquisitions, etc. across one of Nigeria’s largest indigenous integrated energy group, with interests in Oil and Gas exploration and production, downstream marketing, mining, power, and agriculture.

Group Head – Strategy & Corporate Planning, Consolidated Hallmark Group (CHI)

I was responsible for driving the transformation and execution of innovative strategies that led to the growth of a leading financial services group. I also led the development & execution of diversification strategies that involved investments in Health Management, Microinsurance, Microfinance and investment. I supervised four strategic business units - Strategy; Research & Dev.; Budgeting & Budgetary control; and Process & Product Innovation - to support CHI's growth.
